Promotional offers

Promotional credits Meibel offers online customers. They are used before bought credits, have no cash value and are never refunded. Each organization may receive a signup offer once, and Meibel may withdraw credits sought through duplicate accounts or other misuse (Usage and Metering Schedule §6).
- Signup credit (Starter). A new organization that signs up on the Starter plan receives $7 in promotional credits (up to 700 Agent Actions or 875 pages of Page Parse (Text and Table) at list price), with no card needed. They expire 30 days after signup.
- Monthly credit with a card on file (Starter). While a card is on file, the account is in good standing and it is on the current online terms, $5 in promotional credits (up to 500 Agent Actions or 625 pages of Page Parse (Text and Table) at list price) each month. They expire at the end of the month and do not carry over.
- Prepaid bonus (every plan). Buy $500 or more of credit in one purchase and receive 5% of it as bonus credit, up to $100 of bonus credit in a billing month. Bonus credit pays usage fees only, not LLM Vendor Fees (third-party model usage), and expires 12 months after the purchase, like the credit bought with it.
