How Billing Works
Starter has no monthly fee. You start with $25 in free credits; after that you're billed only for the usage you run, at the per-unit rates above. When your balance runs low you can add a card for automatic top-ups — no minimums, no surprise invoices.
Every discrete step an agent takes — a decision, a tool call, or a confidence score — is one action at $0.01. Simple tasks use a handful; complex ones use more. You only pay for the steps that actually run.
Recall storage is billed by the hour at $0.00343 per GB-hour — about $2.50 per GB for a full month. Your first 250 MB are included on Starter, so most projects start at no storage cost.
When your agents call an outside model, we pass the provider's cost straight through with no markup. Meibel's own query pricing (the AI query token rates) covers the models we run for you.
Yes. Starter pays our standard list rates. Builder, Growth, and Business add capacity and features and earn progressively lower usage rates, and Enterprise is fully custom. Talk to us for a quote.
