Billing options for online plans

Effective 2 November 2026

Prepaid balance. Online plans run on a prepaid balance. Usage and third-party model costs are drawn from it as they happen. Free credits are used before bought credits.

Free credits. New accounts get free credits to start, with no card needed. With a card on file, free credits renew every month. Amounts, eligibility and expiry are on the pricing page.

Automatic top-ups. With a card on file and top-ups on, Meibel charges the card when the balance drops below your threshold, for your top-up amount (defaults: $20 when the balance falls below $5). Change or turn off top-ups in your account.

Monthly spend limit. New accounts start with a monthly spend limit of $50, which you can change in your account. When charges for the month reach it, processing pauses until you raise the limit or the next month begins. Stored data is kept.

Plan fees. If your plan has a platform fee, it is charged to your card at the start of each billing period.

Bought credits. Credits you buy expire 12 months after purchase and are not refundable, except as the terms provide.

Invoices. Larger accounts can be approved for monthly invoicing; contact sales.
